Easiest commercial airplane to fly?

in flight simulator, the 747 is the easiest to fly. so easy compares to all the oothers i have and i thik i have heard someone make mention of how easy it was in real life. i want to confirm if this is true. what do you think? and also the a321 in the game, to me, is a nightmare to fly. it is oversensitive to any touch of the keyboard. is this true in real life (with the joystick)? generally in the game(fsx), boeing airplanes are much more easier to fly than airbus. and this is to a great deal to be blamed on the flaps. once the flaps of an airbus plane is lowered to the fullest (in the game), almost 50 percent of the throttle is required to keep it from stalling. is this the case in real life? i just want to know. thank you in advance
