Psychology related question. . . Is it PTSD?

Soo I'm kinda worried about a friend. She was raped when she was 5 by a neighbor. One day her mom went to work and she was left alone with her 10 year old brother. Her brother was bored so he went to his friend's house (the neighbor's house in where she was raped) anyways her & brother were playing around with neighbor's kids. My friend had to use the bathroom. So she went inside the house to go use it. After she got out she tried to go back outside & play, but she couldn't open the door. So she tried finding another exit when she bumped into her neighbor (the rapist) & then her innocence was taken away. She told her mom & her mother called the cops right away. The digusting perve went to jail. Anyways, now that she's 16 whenever she can't open a door it reminds her of the day when she was raped. She's had two nightmares in ehich her little sister & brother are raped. Is she showing signs of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?
