Should I get breast implants? Help!?

I am currently a small C full B cup but sometimes I wish I should get implants. I had a boyfriend and everytime a girl passed by with these big D cup implants he would stare and it made me feel totally insecure and awful. I've heard guys like natural okay..but why do they stare at these maxim swimsuit models with big fake boobs? i don't get it. I've heard "at the end of the day I want a down to earth "real girl" but then why do they always want to gock at these swimsuit models with D implants. It confuses me. I am that down to earth "real" girl but I want my boyfriend to look at me only and think I'm sexy...not these porn star looking girls. Do I have to look like a porn star to make a guy think i'm sexy? its ridiculous. Wouldn't a guy rather have a sexy but smart and classy girlfriend rather than a big fake pornstar one? I'm so totally confused on this issue. And my ex boyfriend didn't help by making me feel more insecure about myself when he would talk about all these hot maxim models in front of me. Please help me on this issue thanks!
