Rank these light heavyweight Champs in terms of skill and greatness?

This is the weight class I use to fight in I am a shamed to admit that I have never heard of Jack Dilon and have never seen Joey, Jose, Tommy,james, George fight. As far as Hill good boxer nothing flashy tough fighter good right hand, Johnson was a left handed brawler who was non stop he was a night mare in the ring a knock out fighter. Victor was my idol growing up he was a no non sense banger and as tough as they came not a pretty to look at if you like a guy to use his jab coming in but if you like a guy who just waded in throwing nothing but bombs then Victor was your man RIP. I know who Jose is and I have seen some of his tapes but that does not tell me anything because I do not know who the guys he was beating.Even if I had seen all these guys I would still pick Victor over all of them .
